I really need to get this moved. I am running into some financial issues. I'll entertain offers for less.
Thanks
Tom

Orion For Sale
I bought by Orion at the beginning of the year. I honestly have not had enough time to tweak and get this running perfect. It does run, but just needs someone who has more time to tweak it. I'm asking $1250 for it. Let me know if you are interested and I'll answer any questions regarding it. I'm wil...

Re: misaligned layers
I took a look at the EEPROM settings. Is Diagonal Rod Length what you are referring to? My rod length is set to 178.00mm, so does that mean that I need to scale mine by approximately 7%? 20/18.65?

Re: misaligned layers
So I guess my issue was the slicer that I was using. Kisslicer provided a nice looking test cube. Now on to figure out why my cube is about 1.5mm too small in the x and y direction.

Re: misaligned layers
Ok, I changed my hot end temp to 220 degrees on this one. Still getting the same thing. See picture. This is sliced using 1 peremiter shell. I am going to try this again in Kisslicer to see if it behaves differently. This was sliced using Simplify.

Re: misaligned layers
Sorry about that. I was in a hurry last night when I made my post. I'm using ABS at 240 degrees.

misaligned layers
Hi Everyone, I've been working on trying to get my Orion dialed in. When I run a 20m test cube, the bottom layers look fine, but when it starts to build the walls, they look like they are misaligned. This happens no matter what slicer I use. Attached is an image of what I am seeing. Anybody have any...

Speed Multiply in Reptier-Host
I have a question for you folks,
If I manually slow down the feed rate using the slider bar, should I also slow to the Flowrate proportionally? For example, if I slow the feed rate to 50%, should the flowrate be adjusted to 50% as well?
Tom

Printer pausing in the middle of a build
Hi Everyone, I've been having some issues with my prints pausing in the middle of a build. This has happened when I slice a file using Slic3r and Cura. I am running the printer using a laptop. I've read that some of the default power settings on laptops have USB ports going to sleep after a while. C...

Hello from Indiana
Hi Everyone, I received my Orion Delta today. After spending a few hours tightening one of the belts, I am finally running my first test print. I have to say that so far I am impressed with what I see. The speed is impressive as well. I need to do my height calibrations at each tower, but other than...
