I was reading your .ini files and it says bed is 200x200. Are you using the full area available for the bed? and is the size metric?
Thanks,
jim

Re: Power but no movement
I am beginning to suspect the board is bad. I tried to switch the inputs and all the motors work on the x axis input in one direction depending on active low enabled or not. but not on any of the other inputs.

Yes,
I tried to reset the output signals and and disabling the active low but still no movement on z or y. I am getting one direction on x, when output active low is enabled it moves right , disabled it moves to the left.

Thanks, I think I'll save them for something else. We were looking into using 123d Catch so it might work ok for a turntable.

Thanks, Ellen and I are really close. Had to send her to the hardware store for a couple of 10-32 nylon nuts, but we hope to be ready to start experimenting by the weekend.

Re: Hot end question
I coated the thermistor leads and put kaptan tape on the resistor ends. I still need to solder the ends together. Is there any sure way to keep the thermistor ends connected? I looked at the wiki and it doesn't really show how to use the new hot end to keep the resistors from falling out. Seems like...

Hi,
I added RTV to the outside of the heating resistors to keep them in place. Please check it out and let me know if this is ok.
Thanks.
