Okay...so I finally got this figured out. Even though my printer was working with version 0.91, I went ahead and swapped out the power supply to rule this out as the cause. New power supply did not have any effect, so I started looking more into the code. What I found was version 0.91 did not ...

I got a chance to check the voltages and here's what I found. Heat the printer up (bed & hot end) and stick a volt meter on the power leads feeding the RAMBo. I'm betting you've got a power supply problem on your hands. g. I was thinking that could be part of the problem, but when running 0.91 everything works as expected. Maybe the P/S was right on the edge ...
