Re: Noob bed leveling problem
It looks like it's cutting out at an approximately even distance from the center. If this is the case (It's hard to tell with an irregularly shape footprint like that), than it is likely that the H-radius of the printer is off. Tweak the horizontal (rod) radius by .5 until it improves. I believe th...

So I've had the Rostock Max v2 for a little more than a year now. Most of my print of come out fine. However prints that require the outer parts of the hotplate, the nozzle almost scrapes the bed and no plastic comes out. I've attached pictures to show exactly what I mean. I've tried MatterControl's...

So my MAX won't boot it. It gets stuck at the Firmware version screen on the LCD. Any ideas? Thanks!

Repetier-Server. Is it any good?
I've been looking at installing Repetier-Server onto a machine an setting up the whole thing. Has anyone tried it or is currently using it? If so, how is it?

Re: Rostock MAX v2 not getting up to temp
There's something wrong with the file system and registry I think. I'm just going to pull Repetier and it profiles/setting and other important docks and just reinstall windows. That or Linux

Re: My shiny new Rostock Max v2
The printer looks great and the prints are actually quite good considering that you are new at using a slicer and new at all the configuration the printers must go through. Thanks for posting the pics and we will look forward to you becoming an active member of the forum. Happy Printing! I barely e...

Re: Homing problem
Endstops work fine. But I think it's the EEPROM. I think I may have typed in the values for the hot end autotune in the wrong boxes, so I'm entirely redoing that.

Re: Homing problem
It seems my last post didn't post. But it's still not homing and I'd rather not reinstall the firmware. It homed just fine for a few min yesterday, but not anymore. And I'm still at that point in the PDF.

Homing problem
I'm having a problem I can't figure out for the life of me. When I hit the home button in Rep, or or the printer itself, the arms move up, bit only about 1 or 2 cm then stops. If any info is need I can provide it.

Proud owner of Rostock v2
Hello there!
I recently just got the Rostock v2 and can't wait to use it! (just waiting until the 25th and build time) So if anyone has any pointers, they would be great!
