I have experienced the same thing with a.PC. I dont click disconnect anymore when running off the SD card.

This is exactly what my extruder head looked like after I slammed it into the bed during tower height calibration. I got a new one and all is well.

I did the EXACT same thing during my setup. The nozzle broke in such a way that it broke the tip off leaving a larger hole. I purchased a new tip.

I know it might take some time but I think you should watch the print and observe as it makes these deviations.
