Re: Bed stopped heating (rambo issue?)
That part is just the press fit screw terminal side, I didn't mess with the soldered on bit since it looked fine. Seems like it would be a royal pain though. Looks like the manufacturer's part number for that guy is 39532-1006. https://github.com/ultimachine/RAMBo/blob/master/board/RAMBoBOM.txt That ...

Re: Bed stopped heating (rambo issue?)
Thanks guys, I replaced the screw terminal and everything works now. The bed heats up noticeably faster too.
Incidentally, since I had a hard time finding it, this is the part I needed http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Molex/39530-0006
Don't be fooled by the picture, it's the 6 pin model.

Re: Bed stopped heating (rambo issue?)
Not sure what to think now. The 15 amp fuse was fine, and it turns out the bed output puts out 12 volts if you actually set the temp high enough that pwm doesn't kick in (oops). Additionally, the bed output can power a pc case fan just fine. I'm measuring a bit of resistance though the corroded part ...

Bed stopped heating (rambo issue?)
My heated bed shut off in the middle of a print, and now won't heat up at all. The hotend works just fine. I took a volt meter to the pins: 12 volts at the Rambo's A inputs (heated bed power) as well as the other two (though one of the bed power wires was corroded and a bit melted. The block was ...

Re: I don't think anyone has broken this part before
Was that just added or am I blind? Probably the second one
. I'll grab that if the epoxy fails again. Thanks!

I don't think anyone has broken this part before
IMG_20150830_103245[1].jpg IMG_20150830_103317[1].jpg I screwed up when installing tricklaser's arms and broke two teeth off the center plate. The old epoxy (dated 1999 I just noticed!) I put on held for a few months, and just now gave out. My led ring and my cooling fan decided to join the fail ...

Re: Something is quite wrong
Thanks! I'll be sure to send them a message.
In retrospect, I'm rather impressed that the printer worked this well (bed adhesion was not easy though).

Something is quite wrong
(Something's not quite riiight) I just finished assembling my Rostock max, so my first print was the PEEK fan holder. The printer did an awful job with the print, the overhangs on the "wings" are a globby mess, the bridges on top barely formed, and the interior space is too small for the fan. This ...
