I'm not sure why we think he has an acrylic machine or even Marlin? I don't see anything in the OP that indicates this and he screenshots aren't definitive since he hasn't been able to connect yet. Just asking... He started with a thread in the V1 forum that did not get a lot of attention Re: Hi al...

Hey windshadow, what do you mean by your statement? are you trying to say, the Gear (silver gear that attaches to the servo) is not centered with the bearing to the right of it to allow smooth flow(i feel like the gear should be raised up a tiny bit to level itself with the bearing.? yes exactly yo...

Re: USB Type-C Print Head Connection
There are all sorts of connectors designed to a DIN standards of various sorts (used mostly in audio and video production I think originally )back in the 60s and 70s and I think that no one uses them any more. (well folks that restore that stuff I guess)
perhaps some of them might work?

In your shoes if the broken belt does not show a flaw that night have caused the problem and you are fairly sure you had it too tight then I would call SeeMeCNC (well use the chat button to tech support in the lower right corner of any of their main web pages) I bet on a new machine they will just s...

Re: Almost completed but a fastener problem
if you look at my build thread from December 2015 I too reported the same problem with too short screws and i also had a problems with 3 or 4 of the captured lock nuts not holding in the melamine. I think a higher level of QC should be looked at in the fastener area. One of the locknuts I was suppli...

Even if the RAMBO is still in place... checkout it out carefully for signs of overheating at the screw terminals and similar problems.... check all 3 fuses check the capacitors for discoloration or swelling... etc. Given the state of the rest of the machine I would not trust it to be fully functiona...

We are gonna be co building, my Rostock has been delivered and is sitting at home waiting for me.. My advice is to get good tools(or already have them) I found my antique set of nut drivers by XceLite (PS-120) very useful as well as a battery power screwdriver look in Qdeathstar's intro thread for ...

Interesting general 3dPrinting tips page but
no info about Deltas... As seen in much of the web coverage of 3d printing, there is a strong bias towards Cartesian filament deposition printers and this web site is an example of that but it does a good job of putting out info aimed at that market https://blog.astroprint.com/the-ultimate-3d-printi...

Re: Hello From Virginia Beach
Give some thought to first building and using the kit hot end... (I find it much easier to get good results with it using PLA than the e3d...it can be tricky dialing in things like retracts with it) the e3d has been great with the Talman nylon for example... ABS has been fine with both of them so bu...
