Treat the build manual (download the newest version) as if it is holy writ. go by the words and check against the pictures do not try to assemble just from the pictures. read the manual in full to the end before you start. if the smell of the fresh c XX t by laser melamine parts (burned wood smell) ...

I was taught to use the western union splice when lengthening wires and yes I would first Lightly tin the wires than just a touch more solder after trimming the excess from the splice don't glob it on... oh yes slip on a piece of shrink tube first... I am sure that no one on this board has ever made...
