Re: I have too many of these failures...
For mid-print filament issues that go away, make sure the plastic isn't wound around itself on the spool. I was shocked at how little drag it takes pulling plastic off the spool to cause very noticeable issue in print quality. It's an every print process for me now to loosen a few layers of spooled ...

Yeah but the boards somewhat negate the risk of being burned, electrocuted, and starting a fire. What fun is that?

I would need a larger monitor and your sound system is obviously inadequate.

Take that out, it's for cartesions and places the print to the front for grabbing it more readily. On a Rostock its just moving your effector to one side before going straight up with the G28.

If you've changed filament, run the extruder calibration and check the filament diameter.

Re: Convex Polyhedra (what?)
Looks pretty good. Nice, consistent layers, minimal spider web, perimeters and top fill seem to be bonding well. If you're using Slic3r you might want to tweak up the % extrusion rate on the outer perimeters and top/bottom layer a little bit just to smoosh that shell a little more. You might also b...

I shouls add that have tried to home towers with them on the enstops as well, same result. If I continue to try it just moves the carriage further down and does the same thing.

I homed it literally seconds before the upgrade. I verified the status low to high of all switches. I checked the endstop settings themselves (max true min false). I'm confuzzled.

G28 oddity
My printer was working well, so I decided to screw with it and install the new firmware. After finding the one motor that wasn't inverted in the firmware (?? thanks for releasing it like this guys) my machine now homes very oddly. The carriages drop about 10mm and then creep back up some, then stop ...

Re: NEMESIS Air Delta 1 all metal printer
I like the Meean Wells, although I haven't had much experience outside of them. They start near mid page here: http://www.jameco.com/1/3/12v-power-supply Incoming power issues aside, the main killer of ATX power supplies are the cross top capacitors. I used to have a fairly nice pile of them, wife m...

Re: NEMESIS Air Delta 1 all metal printer
Let me start by saying your design is beautiful. Well done. I like the open air design, congratulations on engineering uprights rigid enough to not have support up there. I cannot for the life of me however, understand why you would machine such a thing of beauty and choose to power it with an ATX p...

Re: Any Idea On How To Fix This?
Can you post the g-code for the failed prints? I think the tardis is showing the same issue, the wall fails because of the offset (maybe different things causing more then offset though). Can you rotate it about 45 degrees and try it again? If the same wall fails, it's the sliced code, if the proble...
