Re: LCD Reseting and non navigable!
So far the wiring seems to be correct. I even ordered a replacement screen from e-bay and behaves the same way.
If I switch the wires around or flip positions nothing works at all on the screens. Is there anyway to test the board?

Re: LCD Reseting and non navigable!
I made sure the adapter board was seated correctly, all fuses are fine, I refreshed back to single extrusion and my extruders don't work. Even after unplugging the E1 motor. LCD behaves the same way.
The boards look fine and no visible since of damage with a 10x magnifier.
Seriously puzzled.

LCD Reseting and non navigable!
I have been having this issue for since the beginning. I've gotten 2 replacement LCD Screen controllers. I can't navigate with white knob it will reset the screen, I can click in a few but can't go further. I'm told its a wiring issue on my end however my cheap eBay Prusa i3 screen hooks up and ...

Re: Maker Geek's Raptor PLA
I have been having issues of my EZR Sturders jamming up and I used the stock settings on the roll. I think I had my retraction speed at 80mms and a retraction of 1.8mm. Overall after about a quarter of an inch high I would get a failure and I think its the retraction speed. I will let you know how ...

Re: EZR Struder fail
I'll be changing my values this afternoon. I haven't had an issue all weekend with them at #elif PRINTER == 5 // Rostock MAX v3 #define FAN_BOARD_PIN 6 //Cooling fan on RAMBo board #if NUM_EXTRUDER == 1 #define MOTOR_CURRENT {140,140,140,145,145} #elif NUM_EXTRUDER == 2 #define MOTOR_CURRENT {140 ...

Re: EZR Struder fail
Just check that line, Extruder EX==2 was set up like this with no issues
{140,140,140,145,145)
#1 was never changed going to mimic those setting and give it a try. If they fail again, I will drop them to {140,140,140,130,130)
are the newer motors supposed to increase or decrease Current?

Re: EZR Struder fail
line 57 for dual extruder repeater firmware is was (140,140,140,130,0) I had issues with EX0 heating up I was advised to change my settings to (140,140,140,145,145) by SeeMECnc support issues happened faster and chewed through the filament before a .25" in height was reached by the printer. Before ...

EZR Struder fail
My EZR Struder motor is heating up and is causing the gear to got so hot, that it makes the filament super soft. Then chews through it, then starts pushing and jamming up the entire EZR Struder set up. I've finally got the gear in the correct position but now this is happening and I can't even touch ...
