Re: Anniversary lamp for my sweetie
I understand you are trying to prove your Lithophane, though I can see the dust on the photo behind the frame. This Object is a Picture Frame. My Explanation 1. A 3D printed photo will basically appear in shades of gray (base color). 2. I can see Color difference in the face, white clothing and teet...

Re: Anniversary lamp for my sweetie
As seeing is believing, would like to see a 360 degree for the Lithophane lamp. What was it 3D Printed with how many color filament were used, what setting were used on the 3D slicer. Re: RostockV2 hot end won't heat past 145C
I purchased some 12V 40 watt heaters and they sent me 24volt 40 watt heaters, 24V 40 watt heaters = 15 Ohms in parallel 7.5 ohms 12V 40 watt heaters = 3.8 Ohms in parallel 1.9 ohms + or - 10%tolerances If they sent you 24v heaters this would account for the resistance you are seeing. It would also a...

If you have no voltage there then you can measure the ac voltage supping the power supply on the input leads. Do not forget to measure the power switch as they too can burn out. If...

Re: Advice to have a good Print
I don't see maintaining 4 Slicers any trouble as once they are set - basically they are set. All Slicers appear to be similar in operations. Once changes are made simply save the Profiles and you are good. I for one am here to learn this 3D Printing Innovation. If I make a mistake, then someone will...

Re: Advice to have a good Print

MatterContol Allows me to set supports rather than have Automatic supports. If I notice the Model is not horizontal...

Re: I think I fried my Rostock V2
I would start by checking the Power Supply voltage, no power supply voltage check wall outlet. Then see it the voltage make it to the controller. Never trust looking to see if a fuses looks good, always measure fuse with a continuity tester, and Power with a multi-meter. Worse case scenario would be...
