Re: Make an Offer: Non-Functioning H1 w/ extras

Hello Geoff,

Sorry to hear you had such a hard time with the extruder, i must admit it took me quite a while to get mine working.

I am interested in your machine and am wondering what you are looking to get for it.

Thanks,
Anthony

Re: new extruder design problem with 1.75mm filament

Brian, Excellent solution! That is exactly what I did to my original hot end, only it was on the peek part and I only beveled 2 sides but, since then I haven't had any problems with filament squeeze out, even on long prints. Your solution of a cone shaped cap is beautiful, even if it has to be machi...

Re: new extruder design problem with 1.75mm filament

Hello Mike, Did you solve the problem? I am quite curious as I am seriously considering the move to the new Black Nylon Extruder and redesigned hot end but, if there is still a problem with filament squeeze out I will have to reconsider my options. I was having the same problem with the old hot end ...

Re: (Group Buy) for 7"x7.5" Heated Bed

Lee, I would be interested in a bit of that stuff, I haven't decided how I 'm going to mount my Phebe yet but some insulation seems like a good idea.

Let me know the particulars (price, shipping...) when you get a chance.

Thanks
Anthony

Re: (Group Buy) for 7"x7.5" Heated Bed

Hey Guys, I gotta say the boards due in fact look great in the pictures, but what gives with the shipping cost? I just got a Paypal invoice for $18.35 for "This is for priority Intl. shipping for the Heated Build plate order from the group buy on SeeMeCNC Forums". That seems a bit high con...

Re: (Group Buy) for 7"x7.5" Heated Bed

Hello TKL,

Do you have a BOM or schematic?
Did you include traces for an LED?
What Temp sensor did you design it for?
What connector/s, if any, did you use?

I would like to get a jump start on components.

Thanks again for all your hard work on this.

Re: (Group Buy) for 7"x7.5" Heated Bed

I chipped in for one board.

I'll try to check back before the week is up to see if we are still short on funds.
I'm out of the country at the moment and internet access is spotty at best.

Thanks TKL for all the work you are putting into this.

Re: Name your printer

I have finally settled on a name for my printer.

I call it the Creeper Creator as that seems to be what I am printing most of the time.

I don't have a nice plaque for it but I will upload a picture soon none the less.
