Filament feeding slows down/stop mid print then resumes

I am using an Artemis 300. So I think the gear that feeds the filament up through bowden tube is slipping about 1/3 way into the print, the print will finish so the filament must start getting fed in after a few minutes but the print is not really usable. I know some printers you can adjust the tens...

Re: Parts of first layer look bad

Its weird, if I use a raft the 1st few layers look awesome! See picture, then when it gets to the model the same thing starts happening, it eventually fixes itself by adding more layers which smooth's it out but this is weird. I wonder if I have some cura settings that are off ?

Parts of first layer look bad

I have the Artemis 300. I am using atomic filament but lately, the first layer has parts that look like crap, see picture. The bed is clean, I have poked a thin acupuncture needle through the hotend to make sure it is clear. Anyone have any idea's ??

Re: Boiler Room

thanks! It's right out of REVIT, probably my most complicated print. Dual extrusion was a success too!

I work for an engineering company so hopefully I keep getting these kind of prints

Re: Duel extruder problem

Turns out Cura does not know it is a 2 in 1 out extruder, so once it is done with one color/one extruder it tries to shut off the heat for that hot end. Since the Artemis doesn't have 2 hot ends it shuts off the only hot end.

Manually removing the m104 s0 t1 at the end of the gcode

Re: Duel extruder problem

Yes, both of the temperature settings match for extruder 1 and 2, 200 degrees basically for all the temps.

I wonder if I should up the temp ?

Re: Duel extruder problem

I got it off the github. It is the batarang thing, and that printed fine, this error is when I try and do my own model.

Duel extruder problem

I have an Artemis 300 and have been printing for a few weeks fine. I can use duel extrusion if I point the second extruder to print the raft. Now when I try to do it with a model I get the following error when it is time to switch to the second extruder. "Warning: Tool 1 was not driven because ...
