Turns out the Duet Board was bad. Replaced under warranty... All good now.

Thank you. I saw that. I simply didn't (and still don't) have the original image to add to it. I may consider adding it the next time I update the firmware in both panels; however, since it's working now, I will leave it alone.

I have confirmed that the purple wire is correctly connected to the Duet and is pin 1 on the 10pin connector. I confirmed there is continuity with a meter. The fan freely rotates by finger.
I pulled and connected to a 12v supply and confirm that the fan works.

Will re-assemble when I get home to see if that was enough. Assuming the fan will not spin at that point though.
