Re: Help Please - Z probe readings not consistent
Ok, this is directly connected to your other thread. The Duet3D isn't able to generate a good bed map. In your config.g file, look for the "M558" command - it's going to be around 56 lines into the file. Change the "A2" to "A5" and re-run the calibration process. You s...

Re: Help Please
Have you tried printing with PLA on the v4 yet? g. Yes, I get "better" results but I have been unable to get a consistent & decent print. The only prints I have gotten a good print on as those using a raft - rafts forgive a lot of issues. Always having to use rafts is not really how I...

Re: Help Please - Z probe readings not consistent
Knowing what the error you were getting would help. ;) What printer are you using? v4, right? g. Yes, V4. Here is the Console log file entry for the error - on a clean glass bed I usually get 1 error per probe, if I run with printers tape, evenly applied, no overlap, I usually get at least 3 z code...

Help Please - Z probe readings not consistent
I am having an issue with Z Probe Reading Not Consistent. The Auto-Calibration is being done on a clean glass bed shipped with the printer. I usually get 1 error per 6 factors using 10 points probe. Related or not, I am getting inconsistent printing from one part of the bed to another. One area squi...

Max Petg (testing).fff.txtYou can also find profiles here: https://github.com/seemecnc/slicing-profiles/tree/master/SE300/Cura Cura profiles for the SeeMeCNC machines go by hot end type, not machine type - at least regarding all the Duet-controlled machines. I've never printed PETG, so I don't have...

Help Please
So, I have a Rostock Max V4 - I bought a pre-built. I CANNOT get a clean print, and with PETG I can't even get a first layer down - Atomic Filament, blue tape, 240 @ nozzle, 80 bed (I have tried ranges from 60 to 100 for bed and 220 to 245 for nozzle). I have been keeping speeds low, no cooling duri...

Rostock Max V4 - Build Plate Change
Does anyone have experience with installing a BuildTak FlexPlate system? I am considering for my V4 but unsure if the upgrade/switchover would be worth it.
Any thoughts/guidance I would appreciate it.

Hello from New Hampshire!
I can't express how excited I am to be a member of the community. I just received my Rostock Max V4 yesterday (4/17/2020). I purchased a pre-assembled model - primarily because I needed to be up and printing ASAP. The Rostock is a model I have viewed from afar, never thinking I would actually have a...
