Thanks - I am done following the posts instructions. It is definitely an improvement, but there are still some globs. Is there an acceptable amount of globing or should it be perfect? I now notice that there is an overall slant to one side. it does not look like there was one slip, but just a steady ...

One of my motors had a loose set screw on the gear/pulley thing. I tightened it and now that issue is gone. Thanks for the help.

Bad Layer Starts
I am printing the .5mm thin wall cube. Everything is perfect except the one wall which the printer starts layers on. It is full of globs and a few holes. I tested the print with random start points but the wall was still a mess. What would cause this symptom?

That all makes sense. I will check. Is it also possible that belt tension or a loose pully could have this symptom?

Printer keeps un-calibrating
I keep calibrating and recalibrating my rostock max. It seems like it keep falling out of calibration after 1 or 2 prints. It looks like it goes out by maybe.5 mm roughly. I did not have this problem before, but I have been trying to tweak the print_radius setting... and I have a new piece of glass ...
