Re: Print error I can't seem to fix.

What slicer are you using?
I would try a different one.

Is the filament getting caught someplace before it enters extruder, or just as it enters. Maybe as extruder tips a certain way filament gets caught entering crooked.

Where does the adjusting screw that triggers the end-stops goes?
It will be in the stand off.
Might make stand offs hexagonal.

Here is a render of the final rod ends we are having an injection mold made for.
Hope to have first run of parts in hand in about 3 weeks. :D

Do you have the mounting plate clamped in the corners with the (6) 4-40 screws and corner brackets? ...either wood ones our metal corner bed mount brackets. Ah. Re: Rostock MAX v3...

Is there any chance of a conversion kit for V2 -> V3? I have to do a lot of fixes to my V2, and it almost seems like the V3 is the answer to the vast majority of them. And I can't shell out 1K for the new kit. You could upgrade your v2 to a MAX Metal Frame. It is designed to re-use most all of your...

If you are running a Rambo board with Repeteir, you can add the SeeMeCNC accelerometer probe board to your MAX Metal and Prometheus hot end. Once they are available (probably soon?) Your bed is mounted in just 3 points on the MAX Metal so it is not over-constrained like the stock V1 & V2 RMAX wh...

Fusion360 is awesome!
It IS free if you make less than 100k per year with it. Maybe it's 300k? can't remember

Oh, and it does excellent 3D CAM tool paths for your CNC machines

Mold is in production right now for custom ball-cup rod ends I have designed as a replacement for the Traxxas. We will be building CF arms with these and will be available separately for retrofitting to existing CF arms or building your own. They fit 3/8" balls so the stock SeeMeCNC barbells wi...

Wiring of machines has always been a challenge for me and very time consuming, hard to make it neat and clean. Glenn at the MakerHive came up with this nifty harness to make it much quicker, easy and neat... Pre-made wiring harness now available for the MAX METAL Frame http://www.tricklaser.com/MAX-...
