Ace Hardware or Home Depot have taps and handles that can get you fixed up tonight. About $4.00 for a tap and you can even use an adjustable wrench for a handle.

You can test your draft theory by using a piece of posterboard formed into a round tube and put it over the machine once it starts. That will stop the drafts and let you know if thats the problem.
I print my infill at 80 as well with no problems.
It sounds like your abs has too much moisture.

I have my machine in the house, one room away from where I watch TV. If I installed dampeners, I would never know when the machine shut off. A little noise is OK for where I have mine.

I changed the Radius to 82 and it gave me just enough to print a phone case.

I use Loctite 454 Gel. It has been lasting forever for me. If you use cheap CA glue from a hardware store, you are taking a chance.

Re: Ceramic Heater Cartridge VS resistors
I switched to the cartridges after my first resistor burnt out around 350 hours. I find its much more responsive and holds the heat tolerance much better. I am switching to a .7 nozzle this week, and I hope the cartridge keeps the heat tolerance the same way.

No idea really. They work great at 75% fill though. Nice snap and they hold it tight.

Printer settings for Slic3r 1.1.7
For the printer settings tab on a Delta Orion, what should my setting be for
Bed Size X - Y-
Print Center X- Y-
I can;t find anyway to change it to a 75mm radius.

Something usefull for the water system
Well, I was Home Depot and bought a new water filter for the refrigerator. Asked about clamps, and they pointed me to some $10 versions. I figured someone would have them on Thingiverse, and made my own. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:132311 [img]http://www.redcatrampageforum.com/attachment.php?at...

Re: Bed is calibrated, but hot-end is above the center.
I just went and got a 12 pack of Elmers Purple glue sticks and it was pretty cheap. That works almost too good for me. First print is hard to pry off, but then it lasts for around 6 prints.

Whoohoo!! The heater and Thermistor are working great now. Temperature is reading between 200 and 203, even in the fast sections of the print. No clicking, just steady printing.

Re: Hotend Failure
Installed the heater and it heats well. The thermistor on the other hand wasn't reading the same as before, probably due to a bad re-installation by me. Just read the instructions and will try again.I think there was old RTV in the thermistor hole that was stopping the reading on the aluminum.I clea...

I also do the manually feed right before the start. I then use a flat knife to get rid of any extra plastic that oozes out and gets in the way.

The Solid red light means the heat is on. Is that what you mean by blinking? It should turn on and off, but not blink fast.
