I've created a new pages about these topics in the Duet3D wiki at at https://duet3d.com/wiki under the Tuning & Troubleshooting section. Please let me know of any typos or inaccuracies.
In the delta calibration page, the section on geometrical errors in delta printers should be applicable to any delta printer, and I hope to add some images soon to illustrate them. The section on auto calibration is specific to RepRapFirmware.
