I've been trying to print more with PETG, and while I've got the stringing under control on my prints themselves, my nozzle & heater block are slowly being covered in black schmoo from the little whisps of PETG. It's also proving harder to remove than PLA deposits.
Will an E3D sock fit? I'd hate to be wrong and use something that "sorta fit". I can only imagine the mess.

Re: Silicone hot end sock?
Hoping to revive this.
Does anyone know which type of silicone sock would be the closest fit for a se300 hotend on an Artemis?
Trying to avoid ordering a bunch of different ones and cutting them all up.
Thanks

It's probably pretty close in size to the E3D heat block - I'd measure it and check.
