I once rescued a gecko that was stuck in our laundry sink. It couldn't climb the stainless steel walls for some reason.

This product will fail.
I loved my Rostock so much I now sell them in Oz :)

Hahah...

I wonder what the material actually is. Might be something like PEI with green coloring?

Looks like the sheet is held by magnets in the aluminum plate? So, wouldn't work so well with a heated build plate, but I guess that wouldn't matter if it works as advertised.

When I started printing Nylon, I tried a few thin sheets clipped onto the build plate, the issue was that materials that warped would just warp the thin sheet. They also tended to not stay flat when heat was applied to the build plate.
Interested to see how this works out.

That stuff can't be PEI because it is the wrong color, I would love to know what it is made from.

Just revisiting this thread in case anyone is still interested.
I am doing some testing for these guys and the PLA works amazingly well, and right now im being provided some new stuff in the mail soon, for ABS etc.
Right now the ABS test plate ive been given, if you apply some glue stick juice it works flawlessly, but the point was to get away from that right? :)
But, the benefit of having the magnetic base, easily removeable and swappable plates is amazing.
Ill post more one i test my new plates.

but right now, PLA, heated or not, no issues at all, no glue or anything required.

I still haven't got my pla plate ordered from kickstarted. I figured it was just kickstarter flop. Lots of talk but no product.

I cant say 100% you will get it, but I can tell you what I have is working REALLY well for PLA for sure. I think now its more about cleaning up the process and making it visually production ready
