Artemis extruder falling after print.

Post by androiddrew »

So after a few months the head of my extruder has started to fall after printing. What sucks is since that since the nozzle is still hot when it falls on the part it imbeds itself into as it cools. What have people done to address this problem? Is it a belt tensioning issue?

Remove the M84 from the end gcode in Cura (or whatever slicer you're using). M84 turns off the motors and will allow the effector to fall under its own weight.
