STeve's extruder broke

Post by tom10122 »

REcently i have been having extrusion issues with my printer, i thought it was my heater cartridge until i looked at my extruder. Part of the plastic part that holds the bearing and the bolt for the knurled part. I'll post pics soon. Any ideas on what to do short of ordering a new part?

Contact SeeMeCNC and see what their recommendations are. Have you considered the other extruder they sell?

You might get away using super glue or an epoxy as a bandaid and printing slow with no retracts to make a part.
