HELP NEEDED WITH RETRACTION SETTINGS (NEWBIE)

I am printing little gears for a school project, and i am having issues with so blobs that get left behind during print
I have a Rostock MAX v3 and i am using PLA printing at 200deg C and 0deg C for the bed, im using hairspray to keep it stuck to the bed.

Can anyone give me some advice for my settings?

That doesn't look like a retraction problem to me, try printing the same part again but this time slice it with Cura.
