Started out with this.

Then superglued it to a round piece of plywood that was screwed down to my mpcnc.

Faced the top with a 1/8" 2 flute end mill.

Then milled out the rest with a 1/16" 2 flute end mill.

I'm actually really surprised at how well it went. I thought for sure the super glue would let go sometime within 5 minutes of finishing! I think next time I try it I'll use a quarter inch end mill to face it off though. Took forever with the eighth inch.
Never do anything you don't want to have to explain to the paramedics.
