Well, I'm working on my Max v3 and I get to the part where you start putting the base together, and I realized that they have given me two Top Support Plates, and no Base Plate. (The one that has the big circle cut out of the middle for the bed to rest in.

Now I'm a beginner, but I should have the Part right, and not two upper plates?

Put in a support ticket. They will ship out a replacement (at least they did for mine)
