Rostock Max V2 Streaming via Octoprint
You can 'tune in' to my Rostock Max V2 doing it's printing at the below link:
http://3d.thedoble.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
You can also view 1080p timelapses of previous prints if there's nothing printing at the time.
I've done quite a bit of testing and configuration in Octoprint to get the best quality, fast, low-bandwidth streaming. Here's how I did it if you're interested in setting it up for yourself.
I've also set up a 2nd camera for 1080p timelapses, which you can read about here.
This is all running on a Raspberry Pi
If you like the setup let me know!

Printing my first 3dhubs order ... and it's a tough one!

This is a mask for a character from 'bioshock' - pretty cool!
My first attempt at the print failed because my bowden tube popped out of the extruder. I've replaced the coupling and hopefully this time around it will finish OK.
You can check it out at http://3d.thedoble.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Are you locking the Bowden with one of these at each end?
JJ's clip
http://repables.com/r/444/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
fixed the pop off problem i had when i did a tall tower to see how it printed 7 inches up from the build plate when it popped off near the top of the print
that is one ambitious print good luck with print 2 a lot of plastic in it for sure.

I think it should be one of the STL files from the setup and calibrate manual with the fan shrouds I know most wont need it if they never print the tall things like you r mask but it is still worth attending to in the setup.

I tried printing that clip a few times but each time it would snap as I tried to fit it.
So zip tie to the rescue!

I had no problems with the ABS ones I made perhaps the stuff you used was a bit brittle? but if I had thought of the zip tie I expect I would not have bothered printing them at all

I don't mean to alarm you but it just stopped printing and started sending "Communication timeout during printing, forcing a line
Send: N1096039 M105*35" commands.
For the record, I don't think it was me, I was just watching....

nah just kidding!
Unfortunately, I blew a fuse
This is what I found when I got home -

Power was on, but nobody home!
I did some checking and it looks like I've blown a fuse. Further investigation found this:

It seems that over time, the wires for the layer fan have fatigued and broken away, likely shorting against eachother or against the hot end.
Really frustrating as the print was about 75% done again, plus now I have to wait for a new fuse to arrive.
I plan to resolder the layer fan and add a big blob of hot glue to reduce the stress on the cables.

Re: Rostock Max V2 Streaming via Octoprint
Now that, right there, if infuriating.
Re: Rostock Max V2 Streaming via Octoprint
I had exactly the same thing happen to my part fan wires this weekend, I only had one of them break. I re-soldered and as you are doing hot glued the wires to the fan housing to reduce stress.
