Got evrything hooked up and talking to my Rambo. I have a few more questions:
1. Do I print directly on the printer bed (heated bed when I get it hooked up) or should I tape a piece of glass on the bed.
2. Where exactly should the extruder head be when at positon (0,0,0) in the center of the print bed or where.
3. My Z axis motor moves more slowly than the others, is this normal?
Thanks

Re: Several more questions
Don't print on the bed, it will get all pock marked from the hot nozzle. PLA doesn't stick well, haven't tried ABS. You can print right onto blue painters tape. Or you could add a piece of plexiglass if you are printing with ABS. Printing on glass works too if its spotless clean. I print on blue tape.
Where 0,0,0 is is up to you. I don't have home switches. I'm guessing you don't either. So, I position my extruder where I want to print on the table and make that 0,0,0. You need to make sure to position the object at 0,0,0 when you slice it.
Yes that's normal. Turning a 20 thread per inch threaded rod takes more rotations to move an inch than do the X and Y axes with belts.
Cheers,
Michael
