RAMBo Doesn't Control H1.1 3d Printer

Post by Spice Whisperer »

After connecting everything, I launch Repetier Host which connects to the RAMBo controller, but the printer will not do anything. Originally Repetier could not find the RAMBO controller on COM 1 so I switched it to COM 5. This allowed me to connect. I've tested the power supply which is giving 12.40 V and I have test the 15 Amp fuse which tests Okay.

How do I get Repetier to communicate with the RAMBo controller?

Did you install the driver for the Rambo for your OS?
If you are using Windows the Rambo should show up in device manager and show you what port you are using.
The baud rates of the computer and the Rambo Firmware also have to match.
