Hey guys, here she is! What a beaut! I think it probably took me 20 or so hours all told. I'm moving house this weekend so no time to get the firmware sorted right now, but hopefully the maiden print will be next week!
I have to say this is an outstanding quality of kitting. I have absolutely no experience with 3D printer builds, and I handled it fine. As long as you know your way around a soldering iron and a wrench or two I'd recommend the kit to any newbie.

Agreed. I am a complete newbie and I built my v3 in about 20 hours as well. Only issue I had was one stepper motor not being tight enough. Quick fix and calibration completed easily. Congrats and happy printing!
