Arms Don't Line Up with Metal Legs

Just managed to recalibrate this guy to work properly and the model sizes seem ok, but all the recent stuff I've printed could have been off to begin with. Anyway, I'm at a loss as to what's happening here (Pictures Attached). At Y60 the leg lines up perfectly, at X60 it doesn't line up and at X-60 Y-60 it also doesn't line up to the post. What causes this, how do I fix it and does this affect prints? Thanks!

Look at your printer straight on from the LCD display side. Only the rear post (Y) is "straight" on the Y axis. The front two posts are not directly on an axis, but are 120 degrees offset. Therefore, if you send the printer to "Yxx X0", it will line up with the rear upright. But if you send it to "Y0 Xnn" it will not be inline with any other upright.

So, try these:

- Rear post (Z5...)
G0 Z5 X0 Y90 F3500

- Right post
G0 Z5 X-77.94 Y-45 F3500

- Left post
G0 Z5 X-77.94 Y-45 F3500

I recalibrated mine. The center was slightly too low squashing the first layer in the center. I've adjusted my PRINTER_RADIUS by 0.4.
Just because it comes plug & play doesn't mean there's nothing to gain or at least to be learned by going a bit more hands-on

UPS beat the crud out of it when I received it, so I had to do Z height calibration and I also did calibration for each leg with the screws.
