T nut dug into the base top plate - what are my options?

In hindsight I should've just taken the entire plate out before trying to unscrew the heated bed but well it's done.. what are my options here? Can I epoxy the t nut to the base plate? Or just get a new sheet?

You can use epoxy if you're very careful to keep it straight and keep it out of the threads.
