Z Height from LCD Config Menu

I would like to activate the z height adjust menu on LCD from the Configuration menu for my homemade Cartesian like we do with MaxV2.

I am using Repetier 92.9 and I see it in the uimenu.h file but am having a brain fart on how to activate it.

Anyone up on this?

Have you dug around the Config.h file? In the latest SeeMeCNC's branch there is an option to turn on an advanced user menu.
