Greetings all,
I have never owned or printed with any 3D printer before, though oddly enough I was involved in the design of FormLabs 1. I work with robotics fairly frequently and have been wanting a printer for quite some time so I can make some custom parts. After several months of research, reading reviews, reading here, and facebook posts, I finally purchased a Rostock Max 3.2.
My son and I built it together and took our time. I would say total build time was about 16+ hours. We ran into a couple glitches and frustrations, but worked through them. Yesterday the build was complete and I printed the little steam boat. Damn near flawless! Resolution was higher than I expected for a demo print. There was a little stringing, but that is trivial.
Now I have to print the Due case. Will start that tonight.

Welcome to the forums. As someone else who works with robotics, what sort of systems and parts do you work with? I think you'll be very happy with the V3.2 in the long term.
