Recent 3.2 upgrade now HeatSink fan not working

i Have a 3.0 Rmax just recently converted to a 3.2 ...duetwifi and the new SE300 hotend ... the hotSink fan won't run... everything else is perfect. i have pics of the due connections and the system editor page. if y'all can help me get this machine running that would be awesome....

If you're referring to the heat sink fan for the hot end, it won't turn on until the hot end hits about 45-60C or so.
