I should have known better! Windows 8.1 breaks things!

I should have known better! Windows 8.1 breaks things!

:evil: Hey guys-if you want to keep your sanity, do not update to Windows 8.1! I did, it broke everything :evil: I am in the process of rebuilding my laptop from scratch. Couldn't connect to my max because it dropped the driver for the Rambo(which I need by the way. Does anybody have a link to it? The SeeMe site isn't working for some reason?) Couldn't use Inventor Fusion, because of some incompatibility with preview! :evil: And on...and on :cry: I guess I could look for the silver lining and do all the mods I've been meaning to do while I reset everything. AAARRRRG! :evil:

ive been printing on 8.1 for days, i didnt have this issue.

i used the store, downloaded 8.1 pro with media center and installed.

i don't think i did anything special besides powering the beast up and printing!

Thanks for the link Eaglezsoar, as usual I emailed SeeMe and they got the link on the site fixed and pointed me in the right direction. Great customer service :D I'm back up and printing after much colorful language ;)

bubbasnow-do you use Inventor Fusion? Does it work on your 8.1 :?: I use it for almost all my CAD work.
