On page 8 where it says 30318 M3-.05 x 10mm Phillip Pan Head Screw is it really .05 size or is it .5 because .05 is unrealisticly small and nobody caries those from what i have been told.

AndGorew, you are most likely correct. All of the exploded parts diagrams have M3-.05 so those will all have to be changed too.

Interesting, if you search for M3-.05 you will find dozens of pages with this same error, even charts that have M2.5 x .45 then M3 x .05 and back to M3.5 x .6 - mix and match (see Imperial chart).

I'll work with Steve on getting these updated.

thanks,
Michael

3mm course thread has a pitch of .5mm not .05 so it should read M3X.5

In the assembly guide it has a "need photo here" for the hot end and thermister wiring, is it posted somewhere?

Not yet but there is some info on wiring the thermistor and resistors in the build threads section. It is pretty straight forward, all the photo is going to do is show how to route the wires so they do not short or interfere.

Michael

N00b alert. Does this manual cover the H1.1 release? (Just want to be sure before I send to my inkjet printer ;) )

Thanks!
