ABS, I have just started with Nylon bridge filament also, I will be getting some carbon fiber abs this week. I am building an enclosure to limit the warp, I will post pics of results.

Which STL did you use for the lower? It looks good, have you tried pinning an upper to it?

cool, I'll check it out. I have a few stripped lowers and uppers, might as well play with this to see how accurate my printer is.
