Hello again!
I have these consistent small hairy things on my prints, I have searched forums and interwebs but no luck so far.
Took some pictures and video if anyone has some advice what direction to look into.
(Material is PLA, 200C for head, 60C for bed... )

.. in video it looks like head is pushing the print
... which is weird because I think I calibrated it really thoroughly so that paper goes between each tower and the middle

Nice looking parts for just getting started!
I think Teoman is right, look into your retraction settings. Those "branches" are little blobs of filament that ooze out of your hot-end and stick together during positioning moves.
Parts like you've chosen to start with have lots of overhangs and are tricky to get right without the correct temperature and cooling, so it looks like you're on the right path!

You may be printing too hot as well. Try backing off the temp 5 degrees and re-run the job.

your problem 'sticking' looks like it is on the 20cm diameter part, and I would not be surprised if you find the nozzle Z had lifted away from the bed in that region.
That picture looks exactly like the Z height problem opposite the towers. (It is how mine looks...)

Thank you all for suggestions and ideas, was about to test but my Max2 started to print in the mid air, it seems this could happen when computer crashes. Also my printer forgot how long it have printed and how much filament been used etc - so somekind of reset has occured.
I'll get back to this after I change the power supply and recalibrate the machine, Viotek 450W came with post yesterday to replace Diablotek 600W (Thanks JJ!).
Teoman: Moro! Thanks for suggestion, definately gonna try adjusting those, maybe google up some settings
Jimustanguitar: I've tested out some smaller flatter parts at first ofcourse, these are first more demanding prints, cup sleeve from thingiverse and the 20cm cylinder I modeled in Modo myself
Tonkabot: do you mean I should look into adjusting DELTA_TOWER* settings?

The printing in Air seems to be happening more and more to people including myself. I'm noticing if I cancel a print from inside MatterControl that it will sometimes place random values for the z height, horizontal radius, and the printed stats. I'm now running Alpha 1.2.3 and it's happened 3 times with week forcing a recalibration each time.
Last night was it for me; I give up on MC. Time to move onto something else.

I'm not convinced it's an issue with Matter Control. Could well be the repetier firmware. I've had this reset a few (3-4) times but I'm not sure I was running Matter Control at all for one of them when I had a power cut mid print - once power restored, eeprom settings were reset. I think I was printing from SD card on that occasion.
Because of this uncertainty, I've not placed the blame on either software component. The problem happens infrequently and not predictably, so hard to replicate.

Roger that, I mainly print with USB when doing small parts. If the first layer is crap I cancel through MC. I never had the reset EEPROM issue until the upgrade to 1.2.2(now 1.2.3). I have learned to record my setting, but this last time I spent the majority of a day fine tuning using only the EEPROM. Shortly after a test print fail, I canceled and it wiped everything out and I didn't have the numbers written down. That's the start of the famous "Printing in Air".
I've never lost power and my computer and v2 is on the same UPS. My calibration is all jacked right now, I'll try to test it more tonight and see if I can find a repeatable cause.
