Weird bed level issue

So I've been re leveling my bed since i added my new belt tensioners and I'm getting a weird problem. You can see in the picture below that the circle marked in red is missing part of its perimiter, which would indicate a level isue on that side. the weird part is that this missing chuck follows the print clockwise around the whole bed. I'm not sure whats causing this. Any ideas?
