its in your firmware, might even be in the eeprom that sets the distance. I wrote up a guide to using the chimera a while back, do a search for it.

Re: Chimera is not aligned
You have ensure the nozzles are aligned with a primary axis (X or Y) and then specify the Nozzle offsets either in the Slicer or in the firmware. I found the latter to be unreliable and set it to 0 in the firmware and to the correct amount in the Slicer.
If your slicer doesn't have a setting for it, it must be set in the Firmware, I think in repetier firmware the setting is in steps, which is a bit nonsensical on a delta, but basically you set it to distance in mm * axis steps.

I haven't messed with dual extrusion in Repetier but you do have the option of setting nozzle offsets in x and y in Slic3r. There should be a way in the firmware too but I don't know what it is, having done all my multiple extrusion with Marlin and RepRapFirmware.

Re: Chimera is not aligned
I used the guide from JFettig. and the prints are still not aligned.JFettig wrote:its in your firmware, might even be in the eeprom that sets the distance. I wrote up a guide to using the chimera a while back, do a search for it.
I find it very strange that this happens. I had it aligned, but the prints slanted when i aligned it.
Can anyone help me with this?
King regards,

In KISSLicer, go to Printer -> Extruder Hardware. Extruder 2 has a setting called "X off 2". Set this to -18. It will work fine.
If you use a different slicer, I don't know what to tell you.
On a related note, how do you get this thing to print without drooling all over the place? What retraction/tool change settings do I need?
