Mount and Enclosure for Duet, Duex4, PanelDue with 4.3in LCD

Would anyone be willing to share their design for a mount and enclosure for Duet, Duex4, PanelDue with 4.3in LCD for Rostock Max V2? :)

Just wanted to see if there is a solution out there I am not able to find.

I know of this internal mount for the Duet: http://repables.com/r/760/
and this for a face plate for the PanelDue: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1446641

I could of swore I've seen the complete solution, I just cant relocate. :?
Rostock Max V2, Duet Wifi, IR Probe, PanelDue 7" LCD, Heated Enclosure, Firestop cans, Thermally Fused 12v E3D V6, Berd Air, Floating Thermally fused 24v Bed, Aluminum heat spreader, PEI, Dual 12v PSUs in series.

Looks like it is for the 7" LCD
Rostock Max V2, Duet Wifi, IR Probe, PanelDue 7" LCD, Heated Enclosure, Firestop cans, Thermally Fused 12v E3D V6, Berd Air, Floating Thermally fused 24v Bed, Aluminum heat spreader, PEI, Dual 12v PSUs in series.

I wanted to share this in the hope it will help others. ;)

I have design this based on "3D-print", It is a three piece mounting and enclosure for Duex4, PanelDue, and the 4.3in touchscreen. It mounts In the same place the original RAMBo LCD controller mounts. :D

Added the 7" LCD face plate as an option. Hope someone finds this helpful.
