So, with the new fancy duet wifi comming out I'm figuring a few people are making the swap.. So if anyone has an 0.8.5 duet laying around collecting dust and can put a price on it, let me know.

I like mine well enough that it's probably appreciated as well :)

I'm sure there'll be some folks who upgrade. I might be in the market for one as well. Post 'em if you got 'em!

I'm supprised there are no use duets anywhere... I mean, how often does a person a screw it, I'm done with 3D printing.... you'd figure there would be at least a few out there.

But Q, when they say that, they often will mothball the machine, sell it whole, or bin it.

I have a used one personally, but I doubt you'd want it, as I let the smoke out. 140 pin cpu to resolder? I doubt most would want to try (But for some reason, my brother does).

it's ashame that everything runs on smoke :(

I've wanted to get a reflow station for a while now... but a 140 pin chip doesn't sound like a great place to start my ventures.... plus... your board probably needs new stepper drivers too... I mean, once you let the smoke out of one thing it's usually open season...

connecting 12v to 5v to 3.3v v regulators is one of my favorite shows...

I know that antiques can get more expensive over the years but I wouldn't count a duet as one ;-)
