So it's happened twice, about 50-75% done and once while I was away and onother print 5 later, the hot end jumps off the print and dive bombs into the bed a few times, then it floats an inch or so of the bed and tops the rest with pla hair?!?!
Running by sd
Mc slicer
V3
Copied the g code to notepad and scrolled through but nothing popped out, didn't read every line

Your problem is not a slicer problem. Something is going on to cause an axis (or 2 or 3) to miss steps. Were you watching when this happened? What did you see if so?
Slipping belts, slipping pulleys on the stepper, problems with the connectors to RAMBo and other things could cause this.

Printing at the extreme edges of the bed, to fast will cause that also.

I had the same issue after my last upgrade, I had moved where the Bowden was and didn't properly strap it up.... It was getting stuck under the x-axis carriage causing it to miss steps.
I have to tell you there is nothing more disturbing that seeing a delta going wonky after missing steps...
