Auto Cal results weird

So I was printing a paneldue enclosure and playing a computer game at the same time and something tripped my surge protector causing power loss to printer and computer. I reset the power strip and recal the printer but now I am getting weird probing points as shown in the pic. Anyone seen this issue? I suspect my Z axis probe might be faulty since the power issue, but before this happened I had a nice flat bed. I swapped X and Z FSR probes but same result. I secured my bed on all sides so it cant flex and checked with a straight edge. I also changed bed probe points to be smaller, even set the speed to 50, but all my G29 results look like this.
