Artifacts on printed objects

Hi everybody,
I own a new V4 with carbon arms. Duet firmware 2.02.
Dual matter upgrade installed. Cura 4.2.1 being used.
On all my prints, I have this ugly artifacts even when I change the PLA Brand, temp or speed. (Retraction also has been tested without success)
Any Idea ?

- Layers at 0.2, nozzle 0.4, PLA at 50 mm/sec , 195° and bed at 50.
