Aurdrino pin config zip file not available anymore...

I am trying to install the LCD pin configuation file for my Rostock but the link to download the zip file no longer works, anyone else notice this? I google the file name and didn't see it come up anywhere else...
Also the Audrino version it says to download is 0023 which is so old it is no longer supported, should I get a newer verion? I looked at the latest one and the pin file that you are supposed to replace isn't in the directory like the document points to....
Could someone email me the aurdrino pin zip file?
