Gaps between Infill and perimeters

Post by tom10122 »

Thought I had this problem solved, it only happens on about 5% of my prints. I am currently trying to print a printrbot base but there are gaps between the infill and perimeters. Only happening on this print and maybe 2 others, all my other prints , atleast 50 different models(I have been Busy :) ) print fine. Any Ideas? Printing on a H-1 , With a 4-axis board. Using slic3r, and Linux CNC. I would really like to use KISS or CUDA but I just can't get it to work with LinuxCNC yet.

A photo and description of orientation on the print bed would help. It might be backlash. Some printed part geometries aggravate a backash problem.
