Rostock MAX uses PTFE tubing in three places.
- The Bowden tube is PTFE.
- The thermistor leads are sleeved in PTFE.
- The hot end resistor leads are sleeved in PTFE.
McMaster-Carr sells PTFE tubing in many sizes. For the thermistors, 5335K9 is the part number. For the resistors, it's 5335K13. I don't know the part number for the Bowden tube, but you want 2 mm ID.
SeeMeCNC also sells tubing for the Bowden tube.

It doesn't need to be transparent to work

I did not realize that. I am talking about the tubes inside the hot end.

You know that the outer PTFE tube in the hot end is split on purpose, right?
