Frustrated Customer

I bought the Rostock 3D printer plus an extra Rostock MAX ADD-A-STRUDER KIT after seeing it in Maker Faire in San Francisco. I spent almost two months figuring out why the printer was not leveling, I even re-assembled it and make sure all parts are properly installed correctly like the extrusions.
No matter what I do, I couldn't level the bed and always getting an off area of the bed pretty bad. Then, I decided to change the arm with http://tricklaser.com/Carbon-Fiber-Tube ... M-CFTX.htm. After replacing it, I was getting a better result compare to the original arm.
With regards to the extra hotend that I bought, I was planning to configure the printer with dual extruder, but I found out the two extruder are not both equal in terms of length (off by .10mm in length).
I am frustrated because, I spent time and resources that I thought your stuff are good. But, it looks like you were selling your products without checking the accuracy of it.
